Note: These rights do not apply to anonymized data, as it no longer identifies the user.
Data Retention Period

Typically, data is deleted within 5 years of contract end or last interaction, unless legally required to keep it longer (e.g., 10 years for tax records). Sensitive data, such as clinical records, will be reviewed regularly in line with minimization best practices.
Support for Exercising Rights
Users can exercise their rights, ask questions, or file complaints by emailing info@musiquencetechnologies.com. MQ Technologies will respond within 30 days.
Users may also file complaints with the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD).
Final Provisions
MQ Technologies reserves the right to change, update, or delete these Terms and the Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication.
